Questions we hear at the counter

Where does the money go?

Record payments received directly in your institution’s account or at the counter. Feebox never holds the money. Online gateway checkout is still being prepared.

Do parents need to install the app?

No. A fee link opens in any phone browser. The Android preview also shows approved children, their fees and recorded receipts.

Can we still take cash?

Yes. Record cash, UPI to your own number or bank transfers at the counter. Each one gets a receipt.

What happens after the free demo?

These plans demonstrate onboarding only. No money is collected, and final subscription rules will be agreed later.

Is our data safe?

Access is restricted to approved accounts. Changes are logged with who made them and why, and staff only see their own institution.

We have 2 institutions. Do we pay twice?

One login can switch between approved institutions. Plans are currently examples; real subscription billing is still being prepared.
